A few years ago Mr. Aitch gave me a certificate for a massage.
I kept forgetting to call for an appointment. I have had a knot in my neck for about 10 days. I’m going on a holiday with my best friend tomorrow and I don’t want to deal with this pain in my neck.
So I called and made an appointment for a massage.
This afternoon.
At 2:00.
Because that’s the only time they had open.
I’ll be leaving work early.
Because I deserve it.
Goodbye pain in the neck.
Two things about my feet today:
1. I desperately need a pedicure.
2. I don’t usually wear these purple and lavender sandals out of the house but in my haste to leave for work this morning, I forgot the change into real shoes.
Oops!
It’s a slow day at the office.
Most people took the day off to make an extended holiday weekend. I didn’t.
The sun was shining when I left for work and it was already 70 degrees at 7:00 AM.
So wore these.
What I didn’t bring with me was one of these.
The view outside the office door.
Yes, that’s rain on the door. And a big, black rain cloud.

How about now?
I sure hope it clears up by the time I’m ready to leave…. Or it’s going to be a wet ride home.
