The Handmade Sock Society II fourth sock pattern in the series came out last week.  It’s called Cornish Cream Tea.

I’m not a pink sock kind of person though I do own some pink things so I opted for another color that I would wear: Knit Picks Stroll fingering weight in Thunderhead.  I have two 100 gram skeins of this color and hesitated to use 75-80 grams for these socks.  But then I realized that I don’t have any concrete plans for the yarn so why not use it.

I’m loving the subtle grey variations and looking forward to getting started on these socks.
