It’s over

Blogtober is over. Whew!

What I learned from this experience:

  • Blogging every day is hard.
  • Finding subject material is hard.
  • Blogging from my phone is hard.
  • I set my mind to do it and I did!

Thank you all for reading and commenting on my posts.

Now I need to figure out where and how to go from here. Posting once or twice a week with interesting content is high on the list. We’ll see how it goes.

One more time

I was knitting the Mosaic sock and watching a mystery on Brit Box. I don’t remember which one but it grabbed my attention as most mysteries do. I kept on knitting when I should have paid attention to the chart.

After unknitting eight or ten rows, I was back in business.

Ready to start the heel…without any distractions.

I hope.

Funny faces

I made stuffed peppers for dinner Sunday night. It’s one of my favorites. I just make my regular meatloaf mixture (without rice…yuck), stuff the raw peppers and bake for 45 minutes to an hour testing the meatloaf mixture with an instant read thermometer for doneness

I also use red, orange, or yellow peppers as I like the flavor of those more than the green ones. I got red ones this time but…

…should have bought orange ones to make this fun meal! The recipe is different than mine but just cutting the orange peppers would have been enough for a fun meal.
